Random Thoughts
1 min read
You know how you may be out somewhere, sitting in silence, minding your business, observing the goings on of the people around you. then someone comes over and asks you, why you’re so quiet. Why are you so quiet? One question that can illicit many different responses:
because I am.
no reason.
I’m just taking a break.
Or you can ask a question in response:
Why are you so noisy?
Why do you talk so much?
Do you not know how to be quiet?
Are you afraid of silence?
Are you uncomfortable with quietness?
You ever realize how many different thoughts you can have when you sit still and do nothing? Sit alone and take a few deep breaths and relax. Close your eyes and listen to the sound of nothing. Look at the screen in your mind and watch the movie of your thoughts play out before you. Be careful of what you think and how long you think on it. The more you think on one thought, you’ll start to think of other attachments to the thought. Then you’ll start to feel feelings towards those thoughts creating emotions. The stronger you feel your emotions and think on these thoughts and see specific details, you’re creating. Be careful what you create. Create consciously.
